To make a booking at the Swissotel – The Bosphorus, please complete and submit the following information. Bookings are being made by K2 Events Istanbul, a local agent partnering with the IAFL for the European Chapter’s meeting. By completing this form, you agree to:

  • Your information being used by K2 Events, the IAFL and shared with Swissotel – The Bosphorus to make your hotel reservation
  • The credit card details provided being charged the full hotel stay upon submission of this form by K2 Events
  • The hotel booking cancellation terms and conditions as detailed below

Single occupancy: €320
Double occupancy: €340

21 – 24 May (inclusive):
Single occupancy: €360
Double occupancy: €380

Rates include breakfast but exclude VAT (currently 10%), city tax (2%), and stamp duty (1%).
